How to enable text input keyboard on Apple Watch Ultra 2 for direct messaging?

Hi! Sussie from Sweden here! Gone thru settings, put in 2 more languages (besides Swedish) on iphone keybord. Now I can se the languages on the watch but still no keyboard-icon for choosing to put text directly on watch-screen. I get the "bluetooth-line" on my iphone and I can put in text to watch there, but I dont always have my phone with me and if its noisy I want to be able to text on the screen.

Help please!
