How can I delete old photos on my iPhone 12 Pro without a Trash bin icon?

When cleaning up old pictures on my iPhone I saw that there’s no bin icon. I have nog idea how to delete them.

Usually photos that have no trash icon were synced from a computer and can only be removed by unsyncing them from the same computer or by syncing an empty photos folder.
