How can I restore cell formatting in my Numbers spreadsheet?

I accidentally somehow deleted the "cell" formatting option from one of my Numbers spreadsheets. Whereas

it used to read "Table""Cell""Text""Arrange" on the far right side of the same row/line as "Sheet 1", it now reads "Category""Sort""Filter." How do I get Table/Cell/Text/Arrange options back so I can change the formatting of cells in this spreadsheet?
