How do I resolve 'Verification Failed' when setting up a used HomePod mini?

I got a used HomePod mini apparently the old owner clean from him account this HomePod, like he said but I still get problems to set the HomePod with my apple login. Every time I get "Verification Failed". My question is, did the old owner clean the HomePod from him account or could be another problem?

Hi

This can mean a few things and most are related to network

Make sure you are on a normal home network using 2.5Ghz

some home devices are not 5ghz compatible, some ESP have it integrated. you may need to login to the router and disable the 5GHZ band option then reset the HomePod and set up using an iPhone on the 2.4ghz

other causes might be that the device you are using has VPN profile installed, go to settings > genral> VPN and device management > then click VPN not connected and then remove any profile you see in here as they are effecting your network

make sure your iPhone is in the right timezone and date

Already I have 2 HomePod mini and 1 HomePod all of the work 100%all to the same WiFi, already I did reset couple times even I did try with different account. TimeZone it is automatic even I can't change manually I don't know why but ok. VPN, I haven't but I will try check my WiFi and do the configuration again. Thanks for your help.
