I recently visited the Apple Store in Gangnam, Seoul to purchase an iPad Air 13 as a birthday gift to myself—an iPad I intended to use for a deeply personal project: creating art in memory of my late mother.
From start to finish, a staff member named “James” guided me through the process with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that it became more than just a purchase—it became a heartfelt brand experience that I will never forget.
What truly stood out was how James extended the same thoughtful, tailored support to other customers as well. It was clear that his presence embodied the very values that Apple stands for. Thanks to him, I felt that every penny spent was more than worthwhile. In fact, I rarely say this—but I felt happy while spending money.
