I am receiving the same error message of my new iPhone 16 Pro. "The Qardio service cannot be reached. Please check your internet connection and try again."

Did exactly as you suggest. Changed my hotspot vpn to the UK. Received the same responses as in the past which would suggest that Qardio's servers are down.
Did you make sure that the Qardio app was closed then logged onto the VPN? The first time I did at the app was not closed. I closed it re-launched it. It would not let me login with my account I had created previously, but I was able to create a new one with no problem. I am now able to login.
Still does not work. Did as you suggest. Even deleted the app first. Then went to app store via my Paris VPN site. Downloaded app and attempted to set up a Qardio Account. Same ole message - "service cannot be reached.
Any other suggestions?
It would be helpful if users who have 'solutions' would specify that it's only something 'you could try'. Answering that a VPN will fix the problem sends people thru hoops they don't need to attempt. Purchasing a VPN, installing it and re-installing the app on a commentators 'solution' that's unconfirmed doesn't help. Not trying to be harsh here.
Fortunately I didn't pursue this for my Quardio device. Most of the links on the website are busted. I tend to think Quardio Inc is having problems. Not sure why the app is still available in the store but that's avove my pay grade.
Okay, that one puzzles me totally. lol
Does the iPhone 8 version even log into their servers? Maybe the old versions were standalone? I don't even know how you could tell if it's trying to log in to their servers. I suppose you could turn off wifi and cellular and just connect via bluetooth to the device and see if it works?
If so the iPhone 8 ver doesn't need the servers at Quardio.
Doesn't the app have to authenticate you as a valid user? I don't know, but you need to login, or at least I do with the 8 Phone that seems like an interaction with a server. I certainly cannot login with the 16 phone. "It's a puzzlement," said the King, and I.
So you do need to enter userid/password on the iPhone 8? Then it must be hitting some server(s). Perphaps one for that version at least. Still sitting in a corner and forgotten by the decommision team. Yul Breener is turning over in his grave. They could have at least decoupled it from reliance on the servers before termination. I have an Omron monitor that you can use with or without the cloud services. I got nothing.
Company is slowly not supporting their products. Hopefully my existing products can still use the app….

Hi guys! I’m having the same issue. Has anyone had any success with the company or a workaround?
Qardio - is anybody still there?
I can not open the app. to use the BPM cuff or see any of my previous data. It’s ask for my login and then cannot reach server. Any idea to log into the app?
Some guidance on this would be greatly appreciated on how to do this.

I just tried the VPN and was unlucky. I did UK and France. Did new log in without and with password. No luck. Also tried my old login. Has anyone else been able to login?
