I am receiving the same error message of my new iPhone 16 Pro. "The Qardio service cannot be reached. Please check your internet connection and try again."

I have tried everything to contact someone at Qardio and concluded that they couldn't care less. I have a blood pressure device that I can no longer use because it is incompatible with other devices. I just screen. What a colossal waste of my hard-earned money. I hope Qardio can recover from bankruptcy and get the business back on track because they have made very nice, high-quality products that work great!

It is saying that because the Qardio servers are down. There is nothing wrong with your device connecting to the internet. The problem is with the Qardio company for the reasons already discussed here.

Downloaded the MedM Health app as you suggested. Yes, I was able to connect via bluetooth with the Qardio BP Cuff. However, it was only a connection and did nothing to allow the cuff to work.

So, I reached out to MedM Health and received the following response in bold below. Hopefully, others will contact MedM Health to share their interest. Personally, I would be willing to pay a reasonable annual fee.

Thank you for your message.

While the MedM Health app may detect the Qardio blood pressure monitor via Bluetooth, the device is not yet officially supported, as we do not have access to its full communication protocol. Because of this, the app is unable to properly control the cuff or receive accurate readings.

We’ve already added the task of integrating Qardio devices to our internal backlog and are actively trying to contact Qardio to obtain the necessary technical documentation for proper support. We will keep you informed of any progress regarding this integration.

In the meantime, you can view the full list of devices currently supported by MedM here:

Please let us know if you have any further questions — we’ll be happy to assist.

Some guidance on this would be greatly appreciated on how to do this.

Sign up for a free trial of any VPN provider such as PIA (private Internet access) download the app on your phone, choose France as your VPN source hit connect open the Qardio app and try to login if it does not work create a new account that is what worked for me last night.
