Unable to set up ECG on my iPhone 16 Pro Max

I am using iphone 16pro max bought it from Australia and currently i am living in RWANDA (Africa).

while i am opening health app and then ECG option, i couldn’t find the option to set up ECG on iphone.

I wanted to use ECG app which I available on my I watch series 10, but with setting up on iphone i am not able to do the test.

Please support. Thanks in advance.

The watch must be initialized in a country where ECG is supported. Australia is supported, but Rwanda currently is not

You have to be physically in a country where the ECG app is supported… It uses the carrier data from your iPhone… You’ll need to travel to a country which supports the ECG function, reset your phone and insert a new sim from that country when setting up.

Apple MUST follow the health laws in the countries where a device is being used. Apple cannot make a feature work in your country, when it has not been approved to be used. Complain to your government if you want this feature made available where you live.
