I’ve received a credit memo but I’m not sure why?

Is it normal to receive a credit memo after doing a trade in via finance?

I’ve just had an email through saying I’ve received a credit memo for £270 and this invoice amount will be returned to me by Apple. Is this normal? I don’t remember having this last time I traded in a phone.

Without looking at the credit memo no one here can say with certainty whether the email that you have received is legit.

At least provide the email ID from where you received the email.
