How do I identify the source of spam text messages on my iPhone, Mac Studio, and iPad Air?

How can I find to which of my several text message options a particular text has been sent to me? I know how to get headers in Mail, but not with texts. I use iPhone, Mac Studio and iPad Air. Would help to locate which phone number or email name most of my spam texts are coming into.
