You fell for a scam & now they're holding you phone for ransom. You need to take the phone to an Apple store or authorized reseller along with the original receipt from the Apple store or authorized reseller and they will help you unlock it.

NEVER log someone else's Apple Account into your device.
You can't "accidentally" log into someone else's account. You got scammed. Just admit that.
The only way to remove the activation lock without the credentials used to lock the device is to take the phone and the original receipt from Apple or an authorized retailer to Apple.
If you don't have the original receipt, it's a brick. The box is irrelevant.
