How to add a shortcut to my desktop?

I have created a shortcut in the shortcuts app, and I am wondering how I can add it to my desktop? (kind of like a Home Screen but isn't) and add a custom icon to the shortcut aswell on macOS 15.3.1

The only Finder access I know of is in the Status Menu Bar. I don't know why having it on the Desktop would be any more convenient, but then I don't have anything on my Desktop.

My guess is they are not independent files but embedded in a database.

Looking at the Shortcuts folder in the user Library seems to support that inference. So, there is nothing to put on the Desktop.
