The transparency mode on the left AirPod pro 2 does not work.

When in transparency mode, the left AirPod cancels the slightest of sound. Even my voice or a small knock will trigger it. When I’m outside it’s unbearable. It feels like it’s in a trance state turning on and off noise cancellation every millisecond.

I tested the mic in the recording app and it works. I performed a full reset (forget the device, leave them 30’’, press the case button until orange). They didn’t got wet or got dropped.

I don’t know what else to try. It feels like a software issue
