Not clear what you mean by Deactivated or if you are seeing any specific message. A Deactivated account is one that is initiated by the user where you will get a 28 character alphanumeric code to be used to reactivate the account. Apple does not have this code and you would not be able to activate the account without it. If this was done by you or someone that has access to your account, that information is available here:
