How do I resolve iPad stuck on the Apple logo?

for the past few days, my ipad has been stuck on the apple logo. I've tried the method of forcefully shutting down the screen, but it immediately goes back to the apple logo, for approximately 15 minutes. the screen then goes black, and the logo reappears, and the cycle continues.. I haven't been able to back up my device for a while; It worked fine without a backup, and buying new iCloud storage isn’t cheap. I was originally using the 2nd option for storage which wasn’t enough. I thought it’d be fine to ignore the issue because that’s what I’ve always done, but now it’s an issue.

I specifically use this for drawing. my phone and ipad aren’t synced, so I'm worried about I won’t be able to access it again. I really didn’t want to ask, but I'm really scared it won't turn on again

this has happened before

when my ipad suddenly becomes unresponsive a black screen with a buffering circle appears, then it eventually powers back on by itself. recently, a bright pink flash appears on the screen just before it fully shuts down when I force it to close. I've backed up my phone and bought 6TB of iCloud storage, but I'm not sure if it’ll do anything now. If anyone has tips or suggestions, I don’t have the money to go to a nearby apple store for a repair, especially with the risk of losing my drawings and images

I’ve also tried to open the recovery system, but like I mentioned, it immediately goes back to the logo after forcibly being shut down; there’s no pause in between like usual. It’s on some sort of loop. It dies normally, but it just won’t turn on

i’ve had it since 2020 is there another way to open recovery mode other than the volume up volume down and the power off button

As your iPad is unable to restart to a running state, your only option will be to initially restore your iPad to factory settings - which will fully erase the iPad. After restoring the iPad, you can restore your iCloud or iTunes backup - which, if your data and files are important to you, you will always have. If you don't maintain a backup, you are gambling that nothing untoward (as now) or an unexpected failure will ever occur.

These support pages outline the available methods to restore an iPad to Factory Settings (step 1) and from your backup (step 2):

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup – Apple Support

Restore all content to iPad from a backup - Apple Support

You’ll need access to either a Windows PC (with iTunes for Windows installed - or more recent Apple Devices App) or a Mac computer (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS).

Download and use iTunes for Windows – Apple Support

Update to the latest version of iTunes – Apple Support

Use of a PC or Mac computer is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will be delighted to assist.

If you are unable to restore your iPad, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
