iCloudPhotos.exe keeps crashing according to Event viewer

I recently got a new PC so I got icloud photos, and I have been trying to sort 17 years worth of photos into folders. for the first few days, it was going smoothly, then suddenly, it was taking forever to even select a photo, my pc kept showing the "busy" mouse pointer. So i went to event viewer and in ten minutes, I had 287 of the following error:
