"OSStatus - 108 error" message when opening projects in Logic

I just updated to Sequoia 15.5 and now get "The operation couldn't be completed (OSStatus - 108 error)" message when trying to open projects in Logic. I can hit OK and the projects seem to be fine. (I did have to locate and relink to some audio files).

Here is my info:

Mac Studio M1 first gen

Sequoia 15.5

Logic 11.1.2

Every 3rd party app is updated and all plug-ins do validate in the manager and I ran First-Aid in Recovery Mode.

I'm not seeing big spikes in the RAM when running Logic projects.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Everything ran fine prior to updating to Sequoia.
