Feedback on Apple support
how can I find a review that I wrote after apple sent me an email to evaluate the support received in one of their authorized centres?
iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 18
If you posted it on this forum click on your avatar at the top right then select My Subscriptions. Your past posts should appear there. (Edit: I just checked and the only post by you that I see is the one is the one you posted to ask this.)
This is the only place of which I know that Apple provides for general posting by users, but in fact they do not monitor this forum for service feedback. In that regard your outline is somewhat puzzling. This is a user to user forum.
