Have sound on automatically with auto play motion on

Do not know for what policy reasons Apple doesn’t allow videos in my iPhone photos library to auto play and simultaneously have the sound on. It would seem that should be a feature I should be able to turn on or off based on my own preferences. I always loved the Apple 1984 ad of breaking away from control. This would seem to be the opposite.
