"Add to Queue" option for Apple Podcast is missing in my iPhone 16 with iOS 18.5

I know that if you don't have a queue set already this is what it looks like, but I do currently have a queue (confirmed multiple times). It won't let me add episodes to the queue now, though that was working earlier this morning. My only option is to play next. I'm on iOS 18.5, and have been for a few weeks. This issue just appeared today.
