How do I access flashlight on my Apple Watch Series 9?

apple s9 watch used to have a complication to load a ‘torch’. Is there a current similar feature?

if I click on the side button the one shaped like a pill under the crown button and go to the menu and scroll down to the flashlight icon I can do it
