Is there a way to put the Medical ID in one of the corners of the Apple Watch face?

Currently on my Apple Watch I have a link to an epilepsy App, the weather, the calendar, and battery percentage. I really like the medical ID and would really like it to be an option on one of the four corners. I would imagine that unless you have an Apple Watch, you would not think to press and hold the button on the side of the watch to get to a menu that contains the Medial ID.
