What is your region (country)? Does your Apple Account region match your geolocation?
What happens instead of what you expected? How far do you get? What was the last user action before it stopped working?
Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?
Wanted to address the unsupported region issue. The fix that worked for me was unplugging my fire sticks from the HDMI port and connecting again. This worked! We did everything else, restarted router, deleted Apple TV app and reinstalled it, changed my password, checked my region settings, called Apple support, unplugged everything from electrical outlets and more. FYI - at the time I was still able to stream on my phone and iPad while having the region issue only on all of my tvs. Hope this helps.
