Hello, I have one Apple ID (iCloud, iTunes etc.) which I use on two iPhones. The primary phone has a UK number and the secondary has a Swedish number.
As is, both are connected to the UK Appstore. But because of regional differences, I would like to connect the Swedish phone to the Swedish Appstore, but keep the same Apple ID to sync emails and address books etc.
Any suggestions?

Yes, but not for the purposes you desire.
Use a different Apple Account to share purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support
In order to use Family Sharing all accounts have to be set to the same country.
The bottom line is, for as long as I have been observing Apple (20+ years) they do their best to make sure a person only make purchases from a single region at any one time. You can change country settings but that has its own set of complications and does not accommodate people trying to get around regional licensing restrictions.
AFAIK, that can't be done. You need a unique Apple Account for each App Store

I can't say for sure as that is outside of my realm of experience, but I don't think that would be possible.
Multiple Appstore accounts associated with the same Apple ID.
