How to stream Apple Music from Mac to Apple TV seamlessly?

Hi -

I've been using iTunes/Music/TV for a long time. When the iTunes split into Music.app and TV.app I migrated all my video content to TV.app. I have music and audiobooks in Music.app (digression: Apple, let us set the location of the Books.app library. I want it on an external drive). I have a smart playlist in Music.app that has songs that haven't been played or skipped in the last 3 months. I can go to the Apple TV UI and stream this playlist to the Apple TV and play it through the TV's sound system.

But, embedded in Music's smart playlist of songs are video files that are not in Music.app. I have no playlists set up in TV.app. It's annoying to have skip past the movie or tv show when what I'm trying to listen to music. How does Music.app even know about things that are in TV?
