Celebrating 16 Years as a Loyal Apple Customer

Dear Apple Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I just wanted to take a moment to share that I’ve been a proud and loyal Apple customer for the past 16 years. From my very first iPod to my current iPhone, Mac, and beyond – Apple products have been a constant and reliable part of my life.

Sixteen years is a long journey, and I think it deserves a little celebration! 😊 I was wondering if Apple offers any loyalty gifts or recognitions for long-time customers. I’d be thrilled to receive a small token of appreciation from a brand that has meant so much to me over the years.

Thank you for all the innovation, quality, and care you continue to deliver. Looking forward to many more years together.

There are no rewards program that I am aware of for being a loyal customer.

I’d like to suggest for something truly rewarding is to join us by volunteering to answer technical support questions here in the Apple Support Community.

The benefits of this community is that instead of chatting with Apple, you are interacting with Apple users who purchase their products the same as you.

No discounts or company training.

We are not Apple employees and are not paid a salary for this service.

We volunteer our time to help people find solutions to their issues.

Think about it.

Anyone can search for Apple support documents to solve their problems.

What we do is gather all of those documents to form a comprehensive solution, specifically designed to solve their specific issues.
