We have had EasyStore for over a year...no problems. Now, the storage is full. How do I delete old reports?.....did this once before and easy a pie. I cannot do it now. How do I open EasyStore?

It depends on what is making it full. If it is a Time Machine drive, then the only way to “clean” it is to erase it.
How large is the EasyStore compare to your internal drive (and any other drive(s) you are backing up)?
If the target volume was of proper size, Time Machine should be able to keep operating by discarding older backups as the volume gets close to full. The Mac User Guide says, "If Time Machine shows a message that the disk is full, you can exclude files from the current backup or use a larger disk. The disk should be at least twice the size of the data you’re backing up, since Time Machine keeps the last remaining backup. If there’s more than one backup, restarting your Mac may resolve the issue."
I am using EasyStore backup storage. If it is full and I cannot delete, what is its value??
I guess you are referring to the WD drive. If you are using it for Time Machine you can no longer delete files.
How are you backing up to it?

If you are using a WD Easystore drive you should contact Western Digital Support.
