How to resolve Final Cut Pro 11.1 AV output issue with Blackmagic Ultrastudio 4K on Mac Studio M1?

Hi. So I've been using FCP for many years. I'm having a really odd situation happening. Mac Studio M1, OS 15.5. FCP 11, AV output works fine. It can send to my Blackmagic Ultrastudio 4K as it always did. FCP 11.1 and FCP 11.1.1 it doesn't see it. I have done the terminal patch which was advised on various forums, but it doesn't help. Strange this was that it did use to work in FCP 11.1 then just stopped working...??? I'm stuck on FCP 11 until I can fix it. Ive done the usual resetting preferences, re installing OS etc... Any help would be amazing. Thanks.
