How do I fix "You do not have enough access privileges for this operation" error in iTunes?

I get this error upon opening iTunes and also i cannot login in apple id account saying "this action could not be completed. please try again.". I have tried removing and reinstalling iTunes and other apple software components, run as administrator and even repairing my windows 11 but still nothing works. Even iTunes store does not open or work.

Try right-clicking the iTunes shortcut and use Run as administrator. Scratch that, you've already been there.

You might also see Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows - Apple Community and check that permissions are correct on the main iTunes folder.

When you reinstalled iTunes did you use the traditional iTunes64Setup.exe file, right-click that, and use Run as administrator? There are also two sources for iTunes, the standard setup file and via the Microsoft Store. Switching from one to the other might possibly help. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates - Apple Community for further advice.
