my replacement airpod order got cancelled twice????
I’ve used support to order a replacement AirPod for a lost one - once last month and once a few weeks before…both times Apple cancelled my “repair” (it’s NOT a repair it’s a replacement that I’m happy to pay for!!!) with no explanation
infuriating!!!! I have one AirPod and my case but just want to make them a usable pair again and happy to pay the ridiculous replacement cost. Can somebody please explain what is going on with these cancelled orders??? World wide AirPod shortage??
