DAYS360 returns a duration of 3 days between when asked to find duration between 30th May 2025 (30/05/2025) and 3rd of June 2025 (03/06/2025 instead of 4 days. If you put in 31/05/2025 and 03/06/2025 as the arguments for DAYS360 it also returns 3 days! Seems to work OK when transitioning other months

I am unsure why you are using the DAYS360 function.
The function DATEDIF is your friend. DATEDIF correctly calculates for 365 days per year and 366 days in each Leap Year. Example below, 2028 is a Leap Year.
Formula in D2 is DATEDIF(B2,C2,"D")
The "D" Part of that formula returns the number of days.

The definition of DAYS360() kind of hints at this:
> The DAYS360 function returns the number of days between two dates based on twelve 30-day months and a 360-day year.
The function is mainly used in accounting, where it's easier to think of each month as consistent when trying to calculate monthly fees/charges/budgets, etc.
Thanks Ian, that fixed it. Guess I didn't fully understand what the true purpose of the DAYS360 is.
