Why are the tracks duplicating and deleting on its own?

I haven’t been using this consistently. Now I’m about to stop completely because of this. Songs that I have made are disappearing with no way to get them back. Then a song I made has a completely different song on it with the original song name attached. Now my songs are duplicating on its own. Why is it doing this? Have never had these problems before now all of a sudden I can’t keep songs on here because they won’t let me.
