Why are my AirPods Max showing connected but not playing audio?
My AirPod Max started acting up. They would say they where connected and where my audio output but they wouldn’t play audio and they almost felt like they’re in a weird off the books mode ( so not noise cancellation or transparency mode). So I factory reset them and they still don’t connect. I’ve cleaned the headband, soft and factory reset them, charged them, forgotten them as a device, restarted my iPhone and pretty much everything else and still have had no luck. I’m most likely going to take them to the Apple Store but I was wondering if I could try anything else that I have mentioned which may resolve the issue of them not connecting or playing any audio.
