I have recently changed my laptop. I can no longer find my music . How do I use the music from the cloud on the new computer and sync it?
All this music has been uploaded from cd s in the past or bought from the itunes music store

Ideally you would have backed up your old computer so that you could restore its library to your new one. Unless you subscribe to either of the Apple Music or iTunes Match services signing into your Apple ID on a new computer only gives you access to your unhidden iTunes Store purchases.
