Missing Extensions Menu for ChatGPT in Apple Intelligence on iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 18.4.1

Extensions Menu in Apple Intelligence is missing in iPhone 15 Pro Max

In my region (Brasil) the ChatGPT extension was made available.

However the Extensions menu where ChatGPT integration is activated is missing on the Apple Intelligence and Siri Menu.

Previously answered community procedures and conditions were fulfilled here in my iPhone but so far the Extensions menu is still missing:

Even if all technical conditions are met, Apple sometimes activates features on the server side gradually — meaning some users may temporarily have access while others in the same region do not.

Also worth noting: while your iPhone language and Apple Intelligence settings match (Portuguese and English US), your Apple ID’s country or region might still play a role. If the Apple ID is set to Brazil, and some services are only fully enabled with a US-based Apple ID (even when the extension is technically available in Brazil), this could affect visibility of the Extensions menu.

For now, I’d recommend the following:
