Unable to access Apple Business Connect due to 'Something went wrong' error

his is the message popping in when I am trying to log in Apple Business Connect from my laptop or iphone. I am able to verify the 2 factor authentication but keep getting this message. This is happening all day

Am no business expert, am an Apple user, like yourself, as we all are in this Community


We do not know which laptop or iPhone model, and which version of MacOS / iOS / Windows etc. you are using for connecting, and which browser you use. These factors may affect your ability to connect.

. ✽ Eg: Overview of Apple Business Connect - Apple Support lists supported browsers.


✽ Updating your OS version (NB: remember to back-up data first if updating) may help avoid problems.

✽ If already updated to newest compatible OS version:

Restarting your laptop / iPhone may help / re-establishh a connection, (NB: We don't know whether you have connected in the past, or if this is a new connection)

Not really sure whats happening here. To help me understand better, could tou please confirm if this was working before or this is the first time you are trying?


Meanwhile try few of the below steps:


Try on a different browser or private window.

Try clearing cache and cookies from the browser and give a try.

Try with a different network.


If nothing above works, might be something wrong at Apple end as well. You can try to reach out the support.
