Why my iPhone SE stopped listing all unsecured Wi-Fi connections?

I discovered that about 2 months ago, my iPhone SE 2020 stopped listing all unsecured WIFI connections in available connections list. Even at public libraries, I cannot use the WIFI there, because my phone suddenly stopped listing them. I have an "xfinitywifi" subscription but cannot use it due to this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
