Get current heating cooling state changed.

The “Get Current Heating/Cooling State” action used to report the thermostat’s current state, even if the HVAC system wasn’t running. Now, if the system isn’t running, it simply reports “Off.” The state is only reported if the system is actively running, which makes the action almost useless.

I’m not sure whether this change happened in Shortcuts or if it was an update from my thermostat. As a result, many of my Shortcuts are now broken. I didn’t realize this until summer, since most of them are set up with if/else functions. So, the change must have occurred sometime over the winter.

Can anyone let me know if your Shortcuts behave the same way? And if not, what brand of thermostat are you using?
