Is this a legitimate Apple partner/procedure?

Hello,

I recently applied for a retail position through Apple's career page, and received an email from SHL. Is SHL a verified partner of Apple's? As I have also went through the interview process before, and did not interact with SHL in any way. An Apple email they listed was retail_assessment_support@apple.com, is this email legitimate?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, we are other end users, not Apple, and cannott support HR matters. Apple does not respond here.

The structure of the email address looks correct assuming it has not been spoofed. Hover your cursor over it in the actual email and see if it stays the same.

You need to contact Apple but I cannot find a contact specific to HR.
