Apple Card is a credit card issued by Goldman Sachs. Are you confusing Apple Cash with Apple Card? Apple is not a bank and does not participate in the verification. Verifications are carried out by the Banks. Apple Cash is a service of Green Dot Bank and the bank follows requirements mandated by Federal law.

If the bank has permanently restricted your account, you may not be able to close the account. I can provide more specifics if you can confirm what you’re actually trying do.
