Game mode no longer automatically activating on iPhone for most games

What you can do for now:

• Try reinstalling the game: Weirdly, in some cases, deleting and reinstalling the app has re-enabled Game Mode detection (your mileage may vary).
• Submit feedback to Apple: Use Apple's feedback form to let them know. Enough noise might push them to fix or add a manual toggle in a future update.

I’m having the issue too and it’s not specific to specific apps/games. Any game I go to doesn’t allow this. There is no option in control center to allow me to manually turn it on or off.

I mean no offense to anyone but going to every single app/game dev isn’t going to help nor helpful advice. ESP when you can’t get ahold of most of the devs on the App Store. Believe me I’ve tried. Even if you can “get ahold” of them it’ll either take months or they’ll just say it’s apples fault. Trust me gone through this perpetual runaround.

this has to be a big on apples side. I can’t even find it when I go into settings and search for it.
