Deleted Apple Credit Card Continues to Appear on Billing Form Fills

When autofilling payment info on websites in Safari, the only card that appears as an option is an old Apple Card that I closed years ago. It does not appear in Settings/Wallet.

I have a different credit card set up as the default in Settings/Wallet, but it never appears as an option.

I want to see my actual credit card show up as the option on billing form fill sites, and never see the Apple Card.
