Text disappears from Keynote PDF file when opened on a laptop

hello! I have some problems with my PDF file that im trying to send through mail as my portfolio. so everything is ok, but as soon as I sent it, all text disappears from my file and when receiver is opening it, but if the file is open from phone everything is ok, only laptop has problems like that. does anyone knows why is it? what can I do with it? will be happy and thankful for any help!
