iTunes Match is not downloading songs to my iPad.

I have iMac(2015), MacBook Pro(2013), iPhone 15 Pro, iPad(Gen 5). All running the latest OS and iOS available from the specific device.

iTunes Match is working on all but the iPad. I am getting different stories from within Apple but with the same theme… iTunes Match doesn’t work on the iPad. It has to do with music rights.

I have spent hours with Senior iTunes advisors on the phone and met with Geniuses in person at an Apple Store.

The iPhone Music App setting shows a button to Sync Library. That button is missing on my iPad.

Apple’s web site continues to claim that iTunes Match works across ALL devices.

Would appreciate any thoughts on what is going on.
