Delays In Business Connect Verification

Has anyone else been noticing a long delay in verification for certain listings on Apple Business Connect? I've also noticed that Support is taking 2-3 weeks to respond, when they're typically supposed to respond within 3 business days. Is there anything specific causing this delay within Apple Business Connect?
