Ever since updating to ios 18.4, my podcast downloads are not being removed 24 hours after being played. I have to manually remove the downloads. I have tried restarting my phone and restarting the app and nothing works. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes. I’ve tried the same methods as you and I made sure that the “Remove Played Downloads” option is toggled on. The issue was not resolved in 18.4.1 either.

This issue persists in iOS 18.5.
I also have the problem in iOS/iPadOS 18.5 as well. Downloaded podcasts are not being removed after 24 hours, and I verified that the setting is enabled to do so.
