How to capture screen with and without eye tracking pointer on Apple Vision Pro for research purposes?

Using the accessibility settings, the vision pro can track the eyes and the pointer can be seen on the screen. For my research, I require screen captures of the same thing - one without the pointer and one with the pointer. ( The idea is that a person is going to wear the vision pro and record their surroundings but I need it to be the same video)
