Unblocking YouTube on a school iPad

Ask your school IT department as they control

the iPad and what you can access using it.

No, only the school can unlock YouTube and

any thing else they have chosen to lock on

the iPad they control. Ask your school IT department

for assistance, but do not expect that there will be

a change to policy dictated by the school administration.

You can't do it without permission from the school's IT department. They must be using JAMF or Scalefusion Apple MDM to restrict your school iPad.
