I am unable to upload my resume that is stored in Dropbox, onto an employment website. It is saved in Dropbox and when I upload and try to upload onto "iHireLegal" it stays dim and will not upload.

Dim is telling you that Dropbox is not considered a local drive source, so I agree with ku4hx's perspective. Or, your résumé is in the wrong document format or too large for "iHireLegal" submission requirements. They should have made that clear on their site.

Have you tried with the file in a different location? Like maybe on your desktop, downloads or Documents folder?
